Abdoul has traveled all over the globe teaching and performing the music of his culture. He has made regular appearances at camps in the United States including Camp Mabina each spring in New Mexico (formerly Bantu Camp), and the Won Na Won Malan Conference hosted by Moustapha Bangoura in Chicago each August. Abdoul has also worked on the faculty of many American colleges and universities including Brown University and The Colorado College.
